Microsoft releases tons of cumulative updates for Windows 10 and 11 every month. Usually, the updates are downloaded and installed directly via Windows update, but sometimes, you may get stuck with different errors that occur while updating. @ pkshadow, not everything updates using windows update. The 1st goes up to Microsoft for new files if any are found to be corrupted. The 2nd will then check it self and update it self and fix issues if found. It takes a few seconds and my gaming keyboards lights go off. I have tried to install windows 11 from usb but the pc just says lenovo, blanks for a second and repeats. That code means that the previous Windows installation has not yet been completed. It’s failing to install whatever you’re trying to give it because the updater instance in already running.

Finding and opening the Windows Registry is extremely easy. Simply type regedit, registry editor, or something similar in the search box on your taskbar.
