Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 8-12 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP.

Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days.

Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term. 

Will the product be exactly as shown on the Website?

Descape tries its best to deliver Products and Services exactly the way they are described on the Website. However, the nature and tendency of natural material-based products is that each piece of furniture is unique in its own way. The colours, finishes and textures that appear on the 3D views are only for representational purpose and may vary slightly from the actual fitting.

Descape hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness of the finish or appearance of the final Products or Services ordered by the User over and above generally acceptable standards on the same.
